Building settlement point is made of MS rod having 12mm dia and spherical ball on top. It is also available in different diameter and length depending on requirement. The building settlement points are used to monitor the building or structure settlement. It is generally installed at the structure by drilling a small hole and grouted using cement/ epoxy to ensure the intactness with structure which is moveable.
The reading is being taken using Digital level/ Total Station and staff.
