Optical target is used to measure the deformations of structure in 3 dimensional at a point. It gives very precise information about the movement from remote. Precise Total Station is used in recording the data. The monitoring can be performed from either side of target as per site conditions. The monitoring using optical target is also known as 3D monitoring.
